Carlos Sa is building a Zenair CH601 HD from plans, that was started in 1999. He has completed the rudder, elevator and stabilizer, and is presently working on the wings spars.
Carlos expects his aricraft to look similar to the Zenair
built by Michel Therien of Brossard, also started in 1999.
The
main spar in process of being (solid) riveted. Masking tape keeps rivets
in place until they are bucked.
